"Pretty solid channel selection"
I’ve been using Bell TV for a bit now it’s been good overall. It has most of the channels we usually watch, like sports, news, and a decent mix of movie stuff. There are a couple channels I kind of wish were included without having to move up to a higher package, which is a little annoying, but I guess that’s not too surprising. The guide is simple enough to figure out too. I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars, not perfect, but definitely does the job
"Nice upgrade, trade-in wasn’t exactly fast"
I upgraded my phone through bell.ca and did the trade-in online. The whole process wasn’t confusing or anything, and I got my new phone after a few days, so I didn’t have no real issues with that part.
The only thing was the trade-in credit took longer than I thought it would. I had to reach out to support once to check on it, but it all got sorted in the end. Not a bad experience overall, just not the quickest.

"Porting my number to Bell was totally worth it"
I moved my number over to Bell and it was way easier than I thought it would be. The activation finished quickly, and my old number started working on the new SIM without much effort on my end. I got a text update, restarted my phone once, and that was basically it. Calls and data worked fine after that. For something that can be a hassle, this felt smooth and definitely worth it.

"Clear calls at home"
I’ve been using Bell home phone for a while now and, umm, the call quality has been really good. Voices come through clear, and I hardly ever deal with calls cutting out. My parents call often, and it just works the way it should every time. No major issues so far...

"Pretty frustrating for the price"
I was expecting a smoother experience from the Bell TV receiver, especially considering what I’m paying each month. The picture quality is fine when everything is working, but the box is slow a lot of the time and the menus freeze more often than they should. The PVR has also missed recordings or cut them off, which is really annoying when that’s one of the main reasons I use it. I end up restarting the receiver just to get things moving again. It works, but day to day it’s more frustrating than I expected.

I tried bundling my internet and phone with Bell, and it gave me a bad first impression. I expected it to be simple, but the whole setup was way more confusing than it needed to be. The bills didn’t match what support told me, and my account page kept showing weird or outdated info. Everything is working now, but it took too many phone calls to get there.

"Promo actually showed up"
I signed up with Bell because they had a promo going, and I was half expecting it to turn into one of those things where you have to chase someone down later. But nope, first bill came in and the credit was right there. Setup was fine too, nothing too exciting, just got it done. The chat wait was a bit annoying though, I was sitting there longer than I wanted, so I’m taking off a star for that. But yeah, in the end they did what they said and honored the deal.

The signal’s been solid. Even during my commute. Train, walking between stops, random dead-zone spots I expected to drop out in... it just keeps working. No annoying cutouts so far.

I just wanted to get my service sorted out, but the sales guy kept pushing extra add-ons I never asked for. It got annoying fast, like every time I said no he had another thing to suggest and... yeah, not a great experience.

I used my phone overseas thinking roaming would be straightforward, but the charges added up in a way I definitely wasn’t expecting. I reached out to support, and while they responded, I can’t say I walked away feeling like much was actually resolved.

"Getting Expensive for Average Service"
The internet works fine most days, which is apparently a luxury now, but the bill just keeps climbing like it’s training for a marathon. I don’t really feel like the service matches what I’m paying anymore. I even had to call twice just to figure out what the extra charges were for, because nothing says great customer experience like needing a decoder ring for your bill.

I use my bell email almost every day and it’s been solid overall, since messages usually send and come in quickly, the spam filter catches most of the annoying junk, and even though getting it set up on my phone was kind of a pain at first and I did have one outage that lasted a few hours, once everything was working it’s basically just done what I need without much hassle...

"Am I the only one who found this way too frustrating?"
Am I the only one who feels like getting help shouldn’t take this much effort? I waited forever just to reach someone, then got passed around to two different people before anything actually happened. The issue did get fixed in the end, but the whole process was way more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I’ve been using Bell internet and it’s been decent overall. The speed is usually close to what I’m paying for, and I haven’t had issues with streaming or gaming most of the time. There have been a couple of short dropouts late at night, but nothing that really became a big problem. My main complaint is the price, which feels a little high, but the actual service has been reliable enough.

"Solid install, just a long wait"
Got Bell installed last week the tech was super nice. He gave me a heads-up call before showing up, explained where the modem was gonna go, and didn’t leave the place looking like a mess or anything. Internet was up and running before he left, and he even tested it on my phone too, which was clutch. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the appointment window was kinda huge and he showed up near the end, so I was basically stuck waiting around most of the day. But the actual install went smooth and he was really helpful

I changed my Bell plan and it wasn’t a big headache or anything. Took me a minute to find the right page, but once I got there it was smooth. Nice having the option to switch things up when my usage changed,

Bell actually had the phone I wanted... and in a few colours too, which was nice. Checkout was easy, and the availability was clear the whole way through. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.
